Refund Policy

We believe in transparent and fair business practices. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Chapter Cullture will consider refund requests, and the process for submitting them.

At Chapter Cullture, we are committed to delivering exceptional value for every client. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently. This policy applies to all services offered by Chapter Cullture, including social media management retainers, content creation projects, paid advertising setup, and one-time strategy sessions.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions: • You have cancelled your engagement before any work has commenced on your project • A service was not delivered as explicitly agreed upon in writing • A technical error or duplicate payment has occurred on our end Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue arising.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances: • Work already completed, delivered, or published on your behalf • Strategy sessions, consultations, or audits that have been conducted • Third-party costs (ad spend, platform fees, influencer fees, etc.) paid on your behalf • Monthly retainer fees for the ongoing service period that has already started • Rush or priority project fees
4. Partial Refunds
If a project is cancelled mid-way, a partial refund may be considered based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you in writing within 5 business days of your request.
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction (bank transfer or UPI). Chapter Cullture is not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions or payment processors.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, we encourage you to reach out directly so we can resolve the matter amicably. We value every client relationship and will make reasonable efforts to find a fair solution.
8. Changes to This Policy
Chapter Cullture reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will apply to future transactions only.
