Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your engagement with Chapter Cullture. Please read them carefully before availing any of our services. By working with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Chapter Cullture's services, signing a proposal, making a payment, or communicating your intent to proceed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.
2. Services Provided
Chapter Cullture offers social media management, content creation, reel production, paid social advertising, influencer marketing, and brand identity services. The specific scope of services is defined in the proposal or agreement provided to each client. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
3. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to: • Provide timely access to necessary brand assets, credentials, and approvals • Respond to communication within a reasonable time (typically 48 hours) • Ensure all content you provide us is legally owned or licensed by you • Not use our services for any unlawful, misleading, or harmful purpose
4. Payment Terms
All services require a payment as outlined in the agreed proposal. Payments are due before the service period begins unless explicitly stated otherwise. We accept bank transfers and UPI. Delayed payments may result in a pause of services. Chapter Cullture is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruption due to non-payment.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, content created exclusively for your brand becomes your property. However, Chapter Cullture retains the right to display the work in our portfolio, case studies, and social media to showcase our capabilities, unless you request otherwise in writing. Any pre-existing materials, tools, templates, or methodologies we use remain our intellectual property.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your strategy, metrics, or proprietary information to third parties without your written consent.
7. Results Disclaimer
While we strive for excellent results, Chapter Cullture does not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, revenue figures, or other performance metrics. Social media outcomes depend on numerous external factors including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and audience behaviour.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days' written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly. Fees paid for work not yet commenced are subject to our Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Chapter Cullture's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients of material changes.
